A really good marathon training plan should NOT only include increasing your running distance! Including other forms of training can help to prepare the body, prevent injuries and get you to your targets.
Hi I'm Ruth, a middle-aged, over-weight woman on a journey to run a full marathon for the first time, to raise money for charity! I want to share my learnings, ups and downs of the training journey with you. Let's see if I can do this!
